Happy Monday! Here's the latest edition of SYAO Creativity. Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week! (Spoiler: It's A LOT!)

STITCH (What I've been working on)

Among other things, I just finished a project for the Lake Raystown spring retreat--and it's doable for anyone who goes, because it takes zero sewing!

And here's the best part: The designer of the fabric we're using, Seth Apter, will be Zooming in to explain how to do the project. Seth is the sweetest person on earth, and I know you'll love meeting him as much as I did this past spring.

It's a cool little art piece, about 8 1/2 x 11--but I'm sure you could find other things to make using the technique!

Be sure to put down your deposit for the retreat! So you know, we'll be moving across the hall this year because the ball room is reserved the weekend we're there--but we'll still have floor to ceiling windows looking out onto Lake Raystown. It'll be good.

I was in the Palmer Museum of Art yesterday and photographed this excerpt of a painting by Edna Andrade. To me, it looks like walking-foot quilting!
