STITCH (What I've been working on)

I've been writing up patterns for the sold-out Jane Austen Brunch that's coming up very soon. Today I got a photo of my friend Misty wearing the mitts, for the cover photo of the pattern. Now to finish writing the pattern!

If you want to order a kit for the brunch, do that soon, please, so I know how many patterns to order! You may order kits even if you're not attending the brunch, of course. I'll let you know when they're ready. If you're going to the brunch, I'll bring them along for you.

YOUR (What you've been working on)

I love this little newborn hat that Gail made. The father of the child loves to fish. The hat pattern is from the book Baby Beanies and is called the Long-Tail Hat. Gail made up how to do the little fish on her own!!! So cute!

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

I spotted this wall last week at a Kentucky BBQ place on the way out of the parking lot. So cool!

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)

This just in! NEW! Malabrigo Caprino with CASHMERE. It feels like a dream. Really. It would make the best cowl ever because it needs to be snug against one's neck.
