Hello, everyone!

Happy Monday! I've been trying to get everything below put together today, so I'm running behind on the newsletter--but here we are now. Be sure to read through to all the P.S.es at the end!!!

Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week!

STITCH (What I've been working on)

Today I uploaded this year's mystery shawl knit along to Ravelry!! We've been Road Trip Mystery before, but we changed our name to Knitting Escapades, to make things a bit more fun (and have a real escapade, too!)

Over the past few years, my buddy and co-designer Valerie Reed and I have been to Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and the Great Lakes. This year, we're heading to the West Coast--and beyond. Our pattern is called Pacific Coast Tour. (You can go ahead and get it at that link.)

This shawl is very different from our others--it's worsted weight (quick to do) and meant for newer knitters, or those who want a more relaxed experience than other shawls we've done.

I have kits from Sweet Georgia yarn that you can preorder. (If you live in town, set up a time to SEE THEM. They're so beautiful!!! I have one of each color way in the shop now!

One of my sisters-in-law posted this photo the other day. It's near their house. Colorado is beautiful.
