Happy Monday! Here's the latest edition of SYAO Creativity. Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week!

I'll be giving a talk at the Knitting Guild this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The topic is color, my favorite topic! It's in the Patton Township building. I encourage you to come and join the guild!

Other goings on: Route 45 getaways has started. This self-tour happens each year. More info here. So many local businesses along our beautiful road! Also, remember that the Pine Grove Mills farmer's market happens each Thursday through September.

STITCH (What I've been working on)

I'm hoping to get this sweater pattern published in October. We'll see. It has a LONG way to go! I've already made one, so this one is a double check of the pattern. But still. Sweaters are a lot of knitting, and three months, along with my other projects, is pushing things! The yarn is Malabrigo Rios in the color Teal Feather--always a shop fav!

YOUR (What you've been working on)

Rachael made a quilt for her dad out of "hippie colors." (Well, Kaffe Fassett and Philip Jacobs were both pretty hippie like!)

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

I never get over the beautiful road cut on the way to Harrisburg from State College. (Don't worry. Kevin was driving.)
