STITCH (What I've been working on)

I made something inspired by a customer for a long time ago. It's a braided table runner featuring the "blue tongue" Australian fabrics. Love it! Thank you, Mary, for your inspiration!!

YOUR (What you've been working on)

Nancy stopped by with her beautiful Pacific Coast Tour. She used Berroco Lanas for it. I love how she did the salmon using intarsia! So much fun!

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

Did you see the Northern Lights last week? I was looking and looking for them, but I saw nothing but a dark sky with maybe a little hint of pink. For some reason, I decided to see what happened in a photo where the sky was that strange shade of gray, and my camera saw blazing light! Our senses can fool us.

This was taken in front of our house, looking down the street.

And this was taken out near the Penn Stater:

I was amazed that I had Facebook friends from Florida to New Mexico, and all along the East Coast, posting photos.

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)

I'm going to start giving you weekly gift knitting and quilting ideas, because December is coming,people! Stop in. I've got the goods!

First up:

We just got in some beautiful BFL DK-weight yarn (size 6 needle)!

This yarn would be perfect for Lindsay's Perfect Mitts!

For quilting, I love the pattern Fudge Sundae.

Wouldn't it be colorful in these Bali Pops? (Or we can pull together 30 fabrics! I'm here for you!)
