Hello, everyone!

Happy Monday! First, a couple of important things:

1. Remember that I'm closed today for Memorial Day! Have fun crafting!
2. The road in front of the store is apparently going to be ripped up and repaved for the next couple of weeks. I plan to be at work, but you may want to text or call before your appointment, and I'll let you know the situation of getting into the parking lot for that day. I'll also plan to be more available for evening appointments to make it easy for you to get in after the workers are gone for the day. (I always am available in the evenings, but let me emphasize that here!) I assume they'll leave around 4. The online calendar won't show evening appointments, but just call me at 814-238-4151 or text me at 856-759-3420.
3. I'll be having an anniversary sale during all of June rather than just a week or two. I'll start it this Thursday, June 1. There will be lots of good bargains! I also have a super-cute Stitch Your Art Out small notebook to give you as a thank you for keeping me here 20 years! Supplies are limited, so come in to get one soon!

STITCH (What I've been working on)

I've been dyeing up some yarn recently, getting restocked for summer and fall. I love this color of my Virtuous sock yarn called "Reliable." (All the names of my colors are virtues, in case you hadn't noticed!)

YOUR (What you've been working on)

Tina continues on her roll of making Certainly hats. I may or may not have claimed this one for myself. It's made out of lots of scraps of Rios. (We have a LOT of Rios in the shop, and more due in later this week. Come see!)

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

I was going through my photos the other day and found this dragonfly, which coordinates with the yarn I just dyed and with the hat Tina made. I love its gossamer wings.

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)

I have to continue on with the golden color story of this email. Love anything by Philip Jacobs of the Kaffe Fassett Collective!

But I also have to show you something just in! We just got in the newest Creative Grids mats--rotating cutting mats. There is nothing like cutting on the surface of a Creative Grids mat. (I have all the sizes in stock except for the hugest one, which I'm happy to order.) If you've never cut on a Creative Grids mat before, ask me to try out ours. But come with your wallet, because you'll want one! This mat doesn't really match all the gold stuff above, but it's the experience you'll love.
