Roni made my cicada hat for her friend Jenny! I love her ideas! She duplicate-stitched the wings so they would pop up a bit more and she embroidered the legs. PERFECT!

Does someone you know love football? You could make a paw table runner (or modify this pattern to make a lap quilt! Hmmmm.... Maybe I'll have to do that).

And a quick yarn project? I suggest the Sophie Scarf, that's been popular for ages! Come in and let me fix you up with some Malabrigo yarn for it, one that has cashmere in it--so many gorgeous colors! And the yarn is less than $20/skein! Amazing! I can get the pattern for you as well. You could also crochet something like this in a jiffy.
