Today is National Hot Sauce Day.

My favorite one is the original Tabasco Sauce produced by the McIlhenny Company in Louisiana. (You know how there are some words that your mouth just enjoys saying? McIlhenny is one for me.)

Right now we live about 20 minutes away from Saguaro National Park. We headed there for this week's hike, #3 of 2023. Still kind of blows our minds that we can hike in 50 degree weather in January.
