Happy National Curmudgeons Day! - The Sunday 7 - Issue #58

Jan 29, 2023 2:01 pm

Happy Sunday!

Today is National Curmudgeons Day. So, if you just happen to feel grumpy today, you can celebrate doing so!

I learned that it is celebrated today because it's the birthday of American actor, comedian, writer, and juggler, William Claude Dukenfield, better known as, W.C. Fields.

He finessed the persona of a curmudgeon with his comic acts and became one of the best-known entertainers of his time.

So, give the cranky, fussy folks a smile and enjoy today's Sunday 7.

Blessings!

We did not make if on a hike this week...

So, this week's hike is a throw-back to last year.

Anyone who has been to Sedona knows it is an amazing place. Hiking there is a real treat! A little over a year ago we hiked Boynton Canyon in Sedona.

All my coworkers laugh at my jokes at our in-person meetings. But they never do in our online meetings.

When I asked them why, they said, "Your jokes aren't remotely funny."
