EDGE-Retailer Specific Features

• EDGE retailers can now send messages to multiple customers from the "Job List" section under "Reports"

• Edge - Job Pickup Message: You can now customize the repair and special order pickup messages.

• Auto Message will be triggered to customers once status of job list is changed to "Ready for Pickup". Retailers can also send message manually from "Job List" under "Reports Header". To add, automation or repairs will only work correctly based on data entered.

• Edge Users can define Hierarchy level pricing like Special Price (SP) / Current Price (CP) / Retail Price (RP) at the Catalog level, and you can now update the EDGE Price Hierarchy under the Setting tab.

• Daily upload log of Edge POS status is available under EDGE Clienteling.

• Added a new feature for social media platform. You can now post links to showcase your TMC catalog's product on social media. By including a brief description, catalog title and catalog image.

• You can add products to the wait list that are not currently available.

• Let's system to send out auto birthday and anniversary messages every morning along with review link with every purchase made by a customer.
