Hello, this email is being sent out to inform you that you will be converted to Direct RJO billing for TextMeChat as per our 2024 RJO contract. Starting in January, if you are on the basic TextMeChat plan paying less than $110 a month then you will be switched to the current basic plan for TextMeChat which is currently $110 a month. Please note, the only additional charge from our end that will apply is the messages sent overcharge, so please take into consideration the number of messages sent for the given month which is free up to 1500 messages as per the onboarding form you had originally signed and submitted to us. You will be charged for any messages you sent or that is received over 1500 messages per month. Also, your CC subscription billing will stop from Jan 1st 2024 as you will be billed thru RJO.
