during the last month, everyone was talking about Chat GBT and how AI will affect our lives in the future.
But...
What about the HR world? What will be the main challenges and the main advantages of using this type of technology?
Will AI replace some HR positions with new artificial people skills?

Why can artificial intelligence help people?
AI is now being used to automate and optimize many of the processes in HR, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and payroll.
It will continue to get better results.
These are the 3 types of AI that can help HR in their daily work:
- MACHINE LEARNING is a type of AI that is able to learn on its own by increasing its own processing power and memory over time. This type of AI is able to make predictions by recognizing patterns in data.
- DEEP LEARNING is a more advanced form of machine learning. It can help to improve decision-making by understanding the nuances of human behavior. It can also be used to automatically screen resumes, identify high-quality candidates, and predict employee performance.
- NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING is a type of AI that is able to understand human language and extract information from it. This type of AI can be used to read and analyze employee reviews, comments, and surveys.

While some may fear that AI will replace human workers in HR, the truth is that it will actually allow HR professionals to focus on more strategic tasks and create a more efficient and effective workplace.
AI will push human professionals up the skillset ladder into different human skills such as creativity, social abilities, empathy, and sense-making, which machines cannot automate. As a result, AI will give rise to the workplace more human, not less.
