Hi ,
This is the first newsletter of 2023.
This is the first newsletter written in English.
This is the first newsletter written by Giorgia, our Head of Relations.
Today I want to talk about a research made by the consulting firm Bain & Company. It is called "The working future" and was conducted on more than 20,000 workers in 10 countries that account for 65% of Global GDP.
The latest point of the research concerns young people frustrated and stressed at work. The situation seems to be most severe in Brazil, Japan and Italy.
GenZ has different necessities to deal with: the technological progress and the constant confrontation with other people, because of social networks, make them unsatisfied and always looking for something better. Because of this, today's firms have trouble with their retention and engagement.
So...
What suggests this research?
- to invest more in training, moving from being 'talent takers' to 'talent developers',
- to focus on career and growth paths within the organization,
- to push employees to work on personal skills and build a career that satisfies them.
Pack is on track. What do you think?
Now... what am I supposed to do?
With Pack Letter:
- You will discover the mentoring world, with specific insights and research
- You will receive information and tools to become a better mentor or mentee
- You will have a 1to1 relationship with me.
Okay, cool. But what can I do in the meantime?
P.s. See you next Monday!
