We are currently in week 3 of the 13-week program and we are connecting with mentors, investors, and corporates to receive feedback and develop our business.

GenZ needs and workplaces requirements
On Friday 3rd March we organized an event for sharing the results of research we have made with Hunters Group in order to understand GenZ's expectations in the world of work.
SAMPLE: 500 Italian people (18-31 years old)
We analyzed 3 main aspects:
- Work-life balance & Welfare
- Training
- Personal development & growth
What are the results?
WORK-LIFE BALANCE & WELFARE
Watchword: flexibility.
Young people want to be flexible and to be trusted.
Hybrid working is the best choice. It allows both to have autonomy and someone to recognize as a guide.
TRAINING
61% of the sample prefer "training on the job". Young people need a mentor/guide to learn both practical and soft skills.
The more personalized they are, the better.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH
One of the most important things for GenZ is to have both personal and professional development.
Development plans have to be customized to the individual.
Pack vision is clear. Creating personal development plans and being helped by world-star mentors, can easily help companies attract and retain the best talents.
