daylight saving time has changed this weekend...
did you realize you slept an hour less?
Now it's time for a season change!
But...talking about changes...
How many companies had to make some changes in the last few years to adapt themself to world happenings?
And how many of them are considering to support their employees?

As we are all aware, change is inevitable.
Companies must find ways to adapt in order to remain relevant and competitive.
MENTORING can be a powerful tool for companies to navigate these changes.
It provides a safe space for employees to voice their concerns and fears.
They feel heard and valued, which in turn leads to increased engagement and buy-in to the changes.
Secondly, mentoring can help to identify potential roadblocks and challenges that may arise during the change process.

In addition to mentoring, COACHING can also be a valuable tool for companies to help employees navigate changes.
While mentoring typically involves a more experienced employee providing guidance and support to a less experienced employee, coaching focuses on employees' strengths and weaknesses.
