¡Hola, !

I just celebrated another trip around the sun or as we say in Spanish, ¡otra vuelta alrededor del sol! ☀️.

Looking back, I’ve realised that getting older is exactly like learning a new language:

The early years are all about the basics, lots of pointing and hoping people understand you.

The middle years are the 'Irregular Verbs' phase: unpredictable, a bit messy, but where the real character is built.

Now, I’m finding my rhythm. My 'vocabulary' of experiences is richer, and I’m much more comfortable with the occasional mistake.

So let's take one lesson at a time and enjoy the journey, just like my Spanish lessons, right?
