I've been sharing my top tips on how to keep up with your Spanish on a daily basis, learn new words or phrases and use them in your conversations (have you spotted any of them on my socials?)

I'm sharing one top tip at the end of this newsletter (including a little competition!)

This month's tip: Label your life

You are surrounded by many objects that you might know already how to say in Spanish, but take it a little bit further, what sort of material is it? what colour?

How about you get some post-it notes and write the name of the object and stick it on so you can see it every day, for example:

La puerta (door)

La puerta de madera (wooden door)

La puerta de madera blanca (wooden white door)

Take it a bit further and say something about it when you see it. You can say this to anyone who is with you or just talk to yourself!

"La puerta de madera blanca está en la habitación."

"La puerta de madera blanca está abierta/cerrada".

We've been playing games, learning some more advanced grammar and lots of idioms and phrases to sound like a native!

Win a set of Spanish Learning Post-it notes

Label your world with Spanish words!

Put sticky notes on everyday objects: la puerta (door), el espejo (mirror), la nevera (fridge).

Seeing them daily builds vocabulary without effort.

How to win? Send me an email including:

1. Why you need this set and how you will use it
2. Something you learnt in one of my lessons that you will never forget!

You may say it in English, bonus points if you write it in your own Spanish (no Google translate, use what you know so far!)

I will pick a winner who will be contacted at the end of October.

¡Etiqueta tu mundo con palabras en español!

Coloca post-its en los objetos de uso cotidiano, por ejemplo, la puerta (door), el espejo (mirror), la nevera (fridge).

Así refuerzas tu vocabulario sin mucho esfuerzo.

Para ganar: Envíame un correo electrónico incluyendo:

1. Por qué necesitas estas tarjetas y cómo las usarás
2. Algo que hayas aprendido en una de mis clases que jamás olvidarás

Puedes escribirlo en inglés, punto extra si lo escribes en español (sin usar traductores, usa todo el español que ya sabes)
