I was part of a mini workshop on "awakening your sovereingty". I'm planting a seed, we humans need to do internal work. Grow, change, evolve. 

Some things I took away:

-acknowledge what another is expressing.

-say "I feel good about solo time" (after you've heard what another has said).

-I feel good about sitting with this information.

-I really hear you & right now I'm leaving this conversation.

-I have this fantasy of...(when conveying an idea).
