Yay Here we go!

Finally, I am catching up on after epic week navigating in BNL digital tech land. For those of you who don't know I created a number of new aspects to this online community. Ask me for details if you like :)

Your personal information. Highly welcomed!

The participant's information form is now up and functioning! If you haven't yet, I would LOVE it if you took the time to fill it out. This will give me some pointers to work with for tomorrow! It should all work doing it from this page:

https://souvereignsharing.net/participants-form-for-the-course-in-syntropic-agroforestry/

(You can also email me the answers if that works for you via email)

Group presentation direction:

  • All of you are welcome to come on a bit early if you want I will have the room open from 8:45 AM EST

  • I am excited to start at 9AM EST with our small first group of 8 or 9.

  • I will record our zoom session so that I can share it with you all AND make use of the recording for the New Earth University where I will be hosting future courses and directing the Faculty for Syntropic Regenerative Human and Agro-Ecology. (whoop, whoop)

  • My kind request is for you to stay muted and write down any questions for after the presentation so a good flow can be made use of.

  • Of course, if you have a pertinent "can't-wait-any-longer-question" you can always raise your hand! and I will gladly navigate pausing so to give you the most of me.

  • After the presentation, we should have around 30 minutes or so for dialogue and follow-up fantasy 'homework' which I would rather refer to as heartstorming.

  • Lastly, I intend to create an open safe space for active learning in an intimate setting. I consider all of you as welcome no matter your so-called "entry-level" may be. So, please feel welcome to honor your personal questions, if you have any. And please know there are no irrelevant (fka stupid) questions just nonconducive (fka stupid) answers!

Please download and study these documents. They are not long but get some common ground going for what we will be diving into.

Below are some new ideas I started to embrace and started living after my training in Syntropic Agroforestry back in 2017.

  • I am willing to question the function
  • Seeing the forest as a whole organism
  • Seeing a farm Or community as a whole organism
  • Learning more about symbiotic relationships
  • Feeling confident that as a human being I design and implement systems
  • I Plant life not food
  • The best thing to do in life is to build a Syntropic Agroforestry food forest
  • I will contribute to the revolutionising of human dynamics around nature and our part in it.

The things I decided to leave behind:

  • Judgment based on programmed belief systems that are not syntropic
  • Traditional gardening
  • Seeing "only the weeds" mindset
  • Notion of competition
  • Letting go of the need to control.
  • Fear of co planting
  • Separation between agriculture and the forest.
  • Single crop beds
  • Leaving soil bare. (mulch it!)

I look forward to seeing you in the course soon!
