We are pleased to invite you to join Cohort-3 of our flagship program Financial Intelligence for Directors (FID).
The FID program is designed to develop practical strategies through a case study based approach for strengthening directors’ financial capability and motivation and positively influence board, accounting and organisation-level outcomes. Batch 1 (Munnar) and Batch 2 (Goa) were tremendous successes with 60+ distinguished participants.
Revamped Batch-3 will include:
- Workshop on Decoding & Analysing Financial Statements (4 Sessions)
- Board Simulation and Financial Leadership Lab (2 Sessions)
- Sessions on Frauds, Early Warning Signals, Audit Committee, Internal Financial Controls, Financial Communications with stakeholders, Valuation and M&A Overview for Board Members, Related Party Transactions etc.

Program Fee: INR 80,000 + 18% GST (Fee includes 4 Night accommodation, all meals, Program Kit, Study Material & IICA certification).
