Hello Foodies!

So, picture this: I had a party to get to at 11:45 A.M., and I hadn’t even had lunch yet (classic, right?). I thought I’d be clever and bring a meal to eat on the road, but it ended up looking like a food explosion in its container.

And to top it off, one of my kids dropped their food—because of course, they did. 😅 After that fiasco, I decided enough was enough. I dove into some research and discovered the perfect road trip recipes that stay delicious no matter what happens on the journey.
