Hello Foodies!
This year I decided to try to lose weight.
Well, this week, I was grilling some food and enjoying it with my family. But when I was done with the grilled food, something was missing. I wasn't quite full.
So I went into the fridge, cut some fruits, and got some snacks, ate those, but I still wasn't full.
All this "not being full so eating more" is exactly how you gain weight. So today, I decided to make an article with 10 side dishes you MUST try when grilling.
They made me full and when I looked in the scale, 3 pounds loss in one day!
