I don’t know about you, but I’m a huge fan of Qdoba’s Mexican Eats. Their food is simple, authentic, and packed with flavor. However, with my busy schedule of work and kids, I can't always make it there. Recently, I had a craving for their dishes and just had to satisfy it.

Determined to enjoy Qdoba at home, I took on the challenge of recreating their recipes. After some trial and error, I found the perfect copycat recipes that brought Qdoba’s flavors right to my kitchen. I was thrilled with the results and knew I had to share them with you.
