Hello Foodies!

I’ve been all about Buddha bowls lately, especially now that fall is here. There’s something about piling a bunch of roasted veggies, grains, and whatever else I have on hand into one big, colorful bowl that just feels right. Plus, they’re so easy to make, and the flavor combinations are endless. 🙂
