Hi ,

It's already November—and to many of my friends and family, this is the season of thanks.

First, I want to say thanks for your interest in Small Furry Games and our board games and card games over the past couple of years. Maybe you and I have been friends for years. Maybe you know my face from YouTube (Emily and Clark's Adventure) or Facebook groups. Or maybe one of my games caught your attention in a recent contest. No matter how we're connected, I'm glad you're on the other side of this message.

I started designing games in 2020, when a health issue limited my physical activity and I needed to occupy my brain. Soon game design became a big part of how I spent my time. And it paid off.

My games were recently finalists for the Cardboard Edison Award (2021, 2022), and the Ion Award (2022). Last July, I signed my first game with Bright Eye Games. Last fall, I ran a design competition through The Game Crafter. And last December, I completed my first Kickstarter campaign. With all this activity, I decided it was time to make this "jobby" official.

In June, I filed the paperwork to make Small Furry Games a legal company.

I am still a one-person shop. But since 2020 I have made a LOT of friends. I appreciate those artists, editors, game designers, graphic designers, publishers, marketers, developers, gamers, and friends. They have helped motivate, connect, and ground me. I am thankful for each of them!

Together with many of these folks, I have been working on Small Furry Games' first "real"' game—Bah! Humbug! and the 12 games of Christmas. I'm happy to say that the game will make its debut in December. You can sign up here to learn when the project is live on Kickstarter.

I look forward to sharing more details with you soon, but for now, I just want to say thanks for being there. :)

I hope you are well.

I hope you will stick around to see what's in store this Christmas.

And I hope you know how much I appreciate your belief in me, and in Small Furry Games.

I'd love to know what you're up to these days. If you have time, please send back a note! I'll be sure to reply.

That's all for now. I appreciate you.

E
