Ask any South African about droewors, and their response will all be the same.


We all love eating droewors, but it is a luxury and usually very expensive.


If you want to get your biltong and droewors fix, and don't want to break the bank, then buy or get yourself a biltong dryer.


Making your biltong or droewors at home will save you lots of money.


You can get the ready-made wet droewors from us, and all you need to do is take it out of the packet and hang it in your drier; five days later, you will have delicious droewors to enjoy with your friends and family.

It is that easy, and you will save almost 50% on your droewors if you dry it yourself.


Alternatively, you can make it from scratch, but I am confident we will still work out cheaper because we buy our meat wholesale.


Making droewors is relatively easy, but it takes time and effort. However, with a bit of practice, you'll be able to make this delicious sausage at home.


There are a lot of great videos on Youtube ranging from popular South African celebrities and chefs to the everyday person on the street showing you how to make droewors.


The easiest thing to do if you are starting is to buy a spice mix from Freddy Hirsch or Crown National on Amazon.
