Given how, very likely, this holiday season is going to be for many of us, I hope this gift of a free novella brings some cheer. PS: My new tradition was cooking and baking (I generally do neither for the holidays!) but I've baked four sweet potato pies and have gifted three of them, and one was a surprise to my sister newly in the Midwest, so I was happy to give a little slice of home to her. Oh! And cornbread based on our aunt's recipe 😊). As for the cooking, I baked macaroni and cheese and cooked collards, and they both came out nicely! So I'm glad to know I can hook myself up in a pinch lol. Again, best wishes for the season, everyone!
