Challenge Saturday!

Good Morning !


Are you ready for your first weekend workout challenge? Tomorrow, Sunday, I will be doing a workout via zoom. I will do my best to record our zoom exercise in the event you cannot make it. Let's do 10 am. My zoom room is 990 018 0341. For those of you in Valley Center, you can feel free to come over. Just let me know!


TODAY AND EVERY DAY GOING FORWARD, since your body is acclimated to our new eating program, commit to at least a 20 minute walk (or other exercise). Journal everything: workouts, eating plan, etc.


After you’re done walking or with another exercise of your choice, cool down and stretch for 5 to 10 minutes or even more. None of us are spring chickens in this challenge. Stretching is paramount to good posture, injury prevention etc.


All challenges are on the honor system. This weekend, give yourself a point for cardio exercise if you do that and strength exercise if you add that. Also give yourself a point if you stuck to the program. On Monday, I will announce a winner of a small prize.
