Do you use a planner?

Hey Ladies!


Welcome to week two of our challenge! Yesterday I mentioned something about scheduling your workouts into your calendar. Do you use a day planner?


If you don’t, I highly suggest you start. I can tell you that if something is not in my schedule (I simply use my phone) I will most likely not "get it done". So just putting it in your schedule means you will most likely workout! Whoop Whoop!


There are lots of people out there who will tell you how important it is to MANAGE your TIME. The truth is... you can’t MANAGE time. There’s absolutely no way you can control it.


But you CAN manage your ACTIVITIES and what you choose to SPEND your time on. 


You can use Google calendar, a paper planner, or even a whiteboard. Plug in your must-dos, your want-to-dos, and your non-negotiables. Be realistic and don’t overschedule yourself. Make time for rest and relaxation!


Monday helps to set the tone for the rest of the week. Keep up on our fun text chat. I have to tell you it is way more fun than I though!
