Guess What!?

Hey guess what? It’s CHEAT MEAL day! 


That’s right, we’re mixing it up this week so you can enjoy a delicious and amazing BRUNCH of your choice.

But before you head out, just a quick thought. Studies show it takes 21 days to make a new habit. Guess what? Today’s the 21st day of your challenge. Congrats!


Take some time today to reflect on how you want these new habits to serve your life. Are the changes beginning to feel second-nature to you? 


Now that things aren’t feeling so “new” to you, you can really get a feeling of how you can incorporate the habits into your everyday non-challenge life.


In addition to being a rest day, Sunday is dedicated to one of the MOST IMPORTANT habits ... preparing for success, reflecting, and getting ready for the week ahead.


Have you done your grocery shopping yet? Prepped your meals? Scheduled in your workouts and must-dos? 


While sometimes we begrudge the time we think it takes to do these things, once you get rolling you find out it doesn’t take that much time at all. And in fact, it SAVES time (and stress!) over the course of the week.
