Sweets for your sweetheart on Valentine's Day

Healthy Sweets for your Sweetheart on V-Day? I haven't served these protein brownies to anyone that didn't love them (even the skeptical!). Super easy too! I got the recipe from a friend quite some time ago and it was for cookies. For those of you who like saving time, brownies are it (plus they look better!). I used a cookie cutter on these to make heart shaped tiny brownies for a wonderful treat or simply a snack!
1 Avocado
2 Eggs
2/3 cup honey or agave nectar
Pinch of salt
1/2 to 1 full cup of coconut
1 cup cocoa powder
2 scoops chocolate (or I sometimes use Peanut Butter Chocolate) protein powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional but I put them every time cuz my man LOVES his chocolate!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put everything in a food processor and blend on dough setting until well blended. Place the dough on parchment paper and spread it out (you can use a pan too but I like them kind of thin. For Valentine's Day, get out your cookie cutter and make 'em pretty. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. YUM YUM! Let me know how YOU and your sweetheart like them. :)
