Isn't it fun when you find the "right" people? These people do not have to be exactly like you. Let's be real...Woody and I are VERY different. Yet, mutual respect, the ability to listen (I'm always working on this one to be honest), seeking to understand, having very similar morals, ethics and values, etc. leads to great relationships. Great relationships lead to fun and happiness. It leads to people you can count on when the going gets tough. It leads to Birds of a Feather Flock Together.
