ONE WEEK LEFT!!!! Today’s our final Sunday prep today together in this challenge, so let’s make it count. :) 


  1. Take some time to reflect on your accomplishments this week. What makes you most proud of yourself?
  2. If you haven’t yet, hit the grocery store.
  3. Get your meals/foods prepped for the coming week. 
  4. Make sure your workout clothes and anything else you need this week are ready.
  5. Schedule your workouts/etc.
