Happy Saturday! I hope you are scheduling in some “you” time this weekend.
In fact, today's workout is all about that.
I want you to cruise through a light- to moderate straight-up cardio workout. Here’s the catch- you need to do it outside!! That’s right- go for a brisk walk, a hike, a bike ride … whatever!
Have some fun and get some fresh air.
This isn’t meant to be a killer high-intensity workout … it’s meant to be a feel-good, just-right workout that leaves you feel happy and refreshed when you’re done.
