Exercising at work (AKA home for many of us)

Hi ,


For those of you who are at a desk multiple hours a day, I challenge you to workout a bit WHILE you are working away or in your home. This video shows you how easy it is. BTW studies show that taking breaks periodically increases work performance and rejuvenates you. Let me know 1) if you agree and 2) if you actually do these exercises.
