It's Friday!
A couple of things about today … first, be sure to have some kind of success map to stick with your plan this weekend. I will send you a link to one of my Pilates zoom workouts tomorrow in case you have nothing scheduled ;)
And second, it’s your “cheat” meal night. Make sure your choices are worth it – delicious favorites that you love. :)
Also, be sure to drink plenty of water to help your body digest those now-unfamiliar foods.
