You know how you have to practice to get good at things? Playing the piano, shooting a basketball, dancing, writing, and even math? The more you do it, the better at it you get.


Well, the same thing goes for having a positive attitude. It can literally change your life!


That’s why I’m such a big advocate of practicing gratitude daily, reading or listening to motivational and personal development books. There are so many great books on the market now, you’re sure to find an author you “click” with. 


From John Maxwell and Tony Robbins to Jen Sincero and Don Miguel Ruiz, there are so many to explore!


I highly encourage you to start a motivation practice in your life! If you don’t want to buy motivational books, be sure to check your library. Many libraries now offer e-book and audiobook downloads! I love my Libby app!
