Hello Beautiful Ladies! (You are beautiful just the way you are)

I have a mission for you today! You’re going to go shopping in your own closet, dresser, or wherever you keep your clothes. Your quest is to dig out that one item that you love but don’t feel comfortable wearing (yet).

You know the one I’m talking about … maybe it’s a pair of pants, a shirt, jacket, or a dress. Right now it might not fit exactly the way you want. This challenge is going to change that though, isn’t it?

Let’s use that piece of clothing to fire up our motivation! Hang the clothing item up front and center, somewhere you can SEE it, to remind you of your promise to yourself. You can do this!
