Getting Ready for Our Six Week Total Body Transformation!

Hi !
Welcome to your 6-week transformation challenge! I am excited to have you as part of this journey and can’t wait to get started.
Being prepared is paramount to success (to pretty much anything in life). You can get the jump on some of that preparation right now so that when Monday rolls around you’re ready to go!
First, make sure you read this whole email so you don’t miss any of the goodies in store for you.
Read the entire Success Manual. It contains everything you need to know to make the most of the next six weeks.
Shop and prep. Set aside some time this weekend to go grocery shopping and get your food ready. This will help set you up for success during your first week!
Measurements. Please make sure to get your "before" measurements completed. Sharing with me will help hold you accountable. Also, get a before picture so you can see your progress at the end. Even if your goal is more energy and not weight loss, I'm guessing we will see your results in your face. So take full body shots AND just your beautiful face. :)

PLEASE make sure that you are cleared by your doctor to participate in an exercise program and new eating strategy.
I will be doing a workout class for us once a week. Times will change and I will record the sessions in the event you want to make it and can't make it. I do have zoom Pilates classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am. There is an additional charge for this if you want to join. 12 classes for $75 and the credits never expire.
We will have periodic challenges and I will text these to you as we go. I love challenges and prizes and hope you do too!
