Detox Day Six!

It's the weekend!
You're likely off your regular schedule and with the beautiful weather, and for some people (not you, of course) it can be a challenge to stick to a plan.
Keep this in mind- you're over half way there!!
There are just a few days left. Think of how amazing you feel right now and how even more amazing you will feel on day 10.
Instead of making food a focus with your friends and family, consider going for a walk or doing something fun outside together instead (tennis anyone?)! :)
