Why you need to step out of your comfort zone

Can you believe we’re this close to the end of our six-week challenge? 


I want to add a little oomph to our final week … or at least give you something to think about as we wind down.


It’s important to continue challenging yourself, to try new things. As humans, we seek homeostasis … the status quo, balance, whatever you want to call it. 


The thing is, if we maintain the status quo, we really aren’t growing, are we?


But growing and changing doesn’t have to be (and probably shouldn’t be!) a super-serious and boring business.


It should be fun!


I want you to make a list of some fun ways you can challenge yourself after this program is over.  


Could be fitness related - like signing up for a 5K!  It could also be something like finally scheduling that trip that you’ve been meaning to take! 


There are so many ways to mix things up these days – to keep it fresh and exciting.  You have made such amazing progress these past several weeks … let’s FIRST celebrate your success.  And then let’s look forward to what’s to come!
