Core Challenge!

Hey Hey! It's the next to last day!
Happy Saturday! How are you feeling after your cheat meal last night? Make sure you drink plenty of water today to help your body handle that unfamiliar food, especially if you went out to eat.
Today, get your cardio in! You had a cheat meal last night so exercise is key. AND I challenge you to do the following (even if you have to break it up into segments):
1 minute plank (even if you have to break it up into 15 minute segments
1 minute side plank
1 minute reverse plank
20 bicyles
20 back extensions (lying on your stomach and raising your upper body and legs)
