The Most Overlooked Aspect of Fitness

Hey Ladies!
Yesterday we talked about how important it is to be mindful when you eat, by taking the time to eat slowly.
Well, today we’re going to talk about something sort of similar, except when it comes to fitness.
It’s about FLEXIBILITY.
If you live a busy, hectic life, flexibility training is often the first thing that gets cut. That’s because for some of us, it doesn’t feel like we’re ACCOMPLISHING anything. We’re not necessarily getting sweaty or “burning fat” or “sculpting muscle.”
ESPECIALLY if you’re busy, your body desperately needs the TLC of flexibility training. You don’t have to spend an hour in yoga class (unless you want to!) to get more limber.
One easy way to make time for flexibility is to make it part of your evening wind-down routine.
After you take care of all your nighttime must-dos, grab a mat, and do some gentle stretches. You’ll feel relaxed and ready for bed!
