Hello Everyone!
It's time for the Anusthan. I admit that for me, it has been somewhat scattered this year.
I had another little stroke 2 weeks ago so I have not had the focus to really be organized. It affected my left hand so it is even more difficult to type.
I have missing being with you all in some form that we appreciate. You are my community and I have so much love in my heart for you wherever you are.
I am trusting you are adults with your own brand of spiritual practice that you love. So all of us who are interested will be joining in a 7-day Anusthan for equinox. I am claiming March 15-23 to be the timeframe for our balancing spiritual practice. Today I have included our zoom call on March 20 at 4:00 EDT and the guidelines program that we have used in the past. You're welcome to find spaces in this booklet that call you for your practice, or do what is best for you to do.
I started yesterday setting up the energy field matrix for our group so that we can join in together in whatever form works for each person. We will be joining millions who are celebrating Equinox.
I have flowers all over my cottage that seem to lift my spirit and bring more evidence of spring and warmer weather. Wherever you are I hope you also feel this connection and beauty.
