I call forth the light from the Highest Source there is.

I am blessed by the divine Eternal Light, like the warmth of the Sun.

I am the Light.

I now embrace Divine Light.

Thank you for this Light that I now receive, and invite into the depth of my Being.

I embrace the Light. I receive the Light into every fiber of my body.

Now I absorb the Light of God into my heart.

I allow the Light to carry me gracefully through this new year.

I welcome the Light that is refreshing me, resetting my system in perfect ways before 2025.

I invite the Light to create a new, healthy and vibrant routine in my life.

I celebrate my life of this Light within me.

I am nourished by the Light from the earthly in the world to the sacred.

I am truly fulfilled by the Light and nourished by the truth of its presence.

Throughout this 21 days of sacred practice, I am nourished by the Light and offer the Light to nourish others. And so it is
