When I was brand new into the Cleaning industry my cash flow was minimal, and I wanted to grow so I traded housecleaning for advertising. This was a dollar for dollar trade. I kept that 1/2 print ad for 5 years until she sold the business. It was a win/win for both of us.
Over the years I have traded for Car Detailing, Birthday Parties for my littles, Web Design, SEO, FB Ads (not the actual cost of the ads but to create and manage them) Locally Grown Steaks, Personal Trainer, Yoga Classes, Professional Photography for Head Shots, Hair Cuts and Color, Employee Celebration Days you name it I have tried to trade for it.
There are even professional Trading and Bartering Associations that you can join if you live an area that has them. I will list a couple of them for you below.

There are also several "Bartering Agreements" on line for you to use.

And if you don't want to use one of the many that are listed you can always generate your own agreement so that everything is crystal clear and expectations and what you are trading for. Remember its dollar for dollar!
After a while, I just used Plastic Gift Cards at equaled 50.00 each that they could redeem when ready and then I sent over a "Bartering Agreement."
Anyways there are multiple ways to over come your cash flow shortages.
All the Best,
