Hello, I hope your Solstice was wonderful despite any interesting weather conditions!

As we enter the coming months and feel the movement toward inevitable changes, we can perhaps take comfort in that certainty.

Change happens; it occurs all the time, and the constant strain to avoid or suppress that change is not beneficial for our stress levels.

Understanding and having the ability to connect with this energy is one of the most effective ways to reduce stress levels to the factory default settings, which would free us up for so much more peace, calm and joy to enter into our lives. Don't you think?
