Dear [Name],

We're on the threshold now. The space between the old year and the new. Between what was and what's becoming.

The ancient ones knew this time as sacred. This is when the veil is thin.

When we can see both directions at once - back into what we've carried, forward into what's emerging.

In shamanic tradition, thresholds are places of power. They're neither here nor there. They belong to both worlds and to neither. And in that liminal space, transformation becomes possible.

Right now, in the darkest part of winter, the earth herself is in this threshold. The seeds are deep in the soil, dreaming of spring. The trees appear dead but are gathering strength in their roots. Everything that looks like ending is actually preparing to begin.

What are you preparing to begin?

More importantly, what are you ready to release so that the new can emerge?

This week, between Christmas and New Year, I invite you to sit with these questions:

• What contracts are you ready to renegotiate with yourself?
• What ancestral patterns are you carrying that were never yours to carry?
• What is your soul calling you toward that your fear keeps pushing away?

The spirits are listening in this threshold time. They're waiting to see what you'll choose to carry through the door into 2026.
