Greetings!

An update for tonight.

We are gathering in the break room, (first door to your left from the top of the stairs - you will know it when you see it) from 6:15pm.

This is to allow us all to settle our energies from getting to the venue in rush hour for some of us.

It's also a space where you can get to know one another a bit before we get into the main room.

We will smudge you in the break room and then space-clearing to start us off.

This is an introductory session and we will cover a bit about how Shamanism works today and what it can do for our well-being in general.

We will be exploring the lower and upper worlds, connecting with Power Animals and finding out how we can connect to our Universal Minds
