There are times when labels are useful, and those times are when we are choosing how to proceed with our wellness journeys.

There will be news coming up soon about different events that I am going to be offering you.

These will range from workshops that will be day/s, weeks/months in duration.

I am seeking out retreat spaces just now, one in particular is near Genoa.

Though here in Genoa it will mainly be Shamanic work, there are plans to bring a Women's group in the Autumn for a long weekend dealing with and reframing Menopause and your response to it.
